Payment Terms

Payment, Reservation and Cancellation Terms for “off Season” (Winter, Spring, Fall)  Bookings, booked directly through the Inn:

For reservations with a cost of $500 or less, the total cost is due at the time of booking. For reservations with a cost of more than $500, a $500 deposit is due at the time of booking, and the remainder is due within one week, payable by money order or check. Individual room guests pay 4% county tax and 8% New York State tax. Whole Inn rental guests pay 4% county tax only.

Individual room reservations cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival date are fully refundable. Individual room reservations cancelled 6 or fewer days prior to arrival date are nonrefundable.

‘Full Inn Rental’ reservations cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival are fully refundable. ‘Full Inn Rentals’ cancelled 59 or fewer days prior to arrival date are nonrefundable.
