This home was perfect for the 5 family's we had staying there from our baseball team. The location was so easy to get to Dreams Park every day. We enjoyed the entry room with bar as well as the backyard firepit. Plenty of chairs there for the guests. Each room was clean and spacious. Kitchen was totally modern with plenty of dishes/silverware. We really enjoyed it.

An old house with a lot of charm! The house was clean with lots of space for a couple of families to stay together! Just minutes to Dreamspark, we had a great time!

We had an awesome stay at the Phoenix Inn for our CDP tournament. The Inn was a perfect fit for our group. The modern kitchen made meal prep easy and there was lits of space to eat and relax. We especially loved the bar area! Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and clean - we certainly never felt cramped even though we filled every room in the house. Absolutely recommend the Phoenix Inn if you are headed to Cooperstown.

We stayed here in June 2023 and had a great time. 11 adults and 5 kids. The place was very clean and the owner personally texted us to check on us for anything we needed. The house was clean and well taken care of. The house was also so convenient, located 5 minutes from the ballpark and stores and breweries. We loved it and would definitely stay again! We also had our boys come and cookout with us 2 different times after games.

Our extended family stayed at the Phoenix Inn for a summer baseball tournament. We were very pleased with the amount of space for everyone. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Jason, the owner, is a wealth of knowledge on the history of the Inn which was extremely interesting!

The house was great for a large group. So close to Cooperstown Dreams Park, restaurants, grocery stores and CVS. Jason (Owner of The Phoenix Inn) was very helpful and quickly responsive.

My family stayed here for a weekend trip to visit the baseball hall of fame. It’s a cozy little B&B without the hustle and bustle of a big hotel. With it’s spacious interior and rustic charm, it was just perfect for my family of four. Located very close to Main Street, it was convenient and a great price! I would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to this area!

Stayed here for two nights while visiting Cooperstown. Booked through airbnb. Had room D which was on the back of the house, which kept the room very quiet althought the road is not that busy. Short easy trip into town and on same road as The Red Shed Brewery and Brewery Ommegang. Comfortable bed, wifi and huge flat screen TV with satellite service. Hostess very accomodating and answers questions quickly. Great assortment of cereals and muffins for breakfast.
